PDX Custom Auto Accessories Booking & Deposit
Please review these terms before booking your service.

Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure the booking and/or service. The amount of the deposit is specified and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Clause
The deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid, it is considered a commitment to the booking and/or service, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Purpose of Deposit
The deposit guarantees the reservation and/or service and covers administrative costs, as well as securing resources and/or time slots.

Cancellation or No-Show
If the customer cancels the booking 48 hours or less before the scheduled drop-off, or does not show up for the scheduled service within 30 minutes of the scheduled drop-off, the deposit will be forfeited. It will not be applied toward any future services or refunded.

Transferability
The deposit is not transferable to another person, date, or event. However, at the discretion of the service provider, rescheduling may be allowed, but the deposit may still be retained.

Payment Terms
The full payment for the service or booking must be paid by the agreed-upon date. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total amount owed.

Early Termination
If the service is terminated before completion, for any reason other than a breach of contract by the provider, the deposit will still be retained and not refunded.

Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding the non-refundable deposit, the terms of resolution, such as mediation or arbitration, will apply according to the governing laws.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, inclement weather, etc.) preventing the service from being provided, the company may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled date, but the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Acknowledgment
By making the deposit payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable nature of the deposit and all associated terms and conditions.
